marinating lamb loin chops—-minus the red wine vinegar….I used 1 lemon and 1 lime instead and some chopped parsley and chopped shallots…marinaded about 4 hrs…and grilled instead of pan seared…Hubby loved it, and it was very good in my opinion too!!!
